Mr. Mosky has repeatedly distinguished himself by his ability to assess the feasibility of potential projects and choose only those which ensure the greatest success for all involved.
Jim oversees the firm’s investment and development platform with a focus on strategy, execution, and long-term value creation. His responsibilities span development, asset management, financing, and capital transactions, ensuring seamless integration across all phases of a project. Jim brings deep expertise in ground-up and adaptive reuse development, financial underwriting, acquisitions and dispositions, and lease negotiations. He is known for his ability to structure complex deals, guide projects through entitlements and construction, and deliver high-performing assets across a range of property types. Throughout his career, Jim has played a central role in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of real estate projects totaling more than $800 million. His thoughtful, hands-on approach has helped RDM consistently deliver impactful projects that align with both investor goals and community needs.
Scott is a graduate of Miami University, where he earned a degree in Urban Planning with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Scott plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the company’s operational, financial, and strategic functions. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations across a diverse real estate portfolio, including property acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, financial performance analysis, and capital planning. Scott also leads efforts in business development, investor relations, and organizational growth strategy. In addition to executing company-wide objectives, Scott is actively involved in the planning and execution of new development projects—spearheading site selection, entitlement, design coordination, and feasibility analysis. His leadership ensures that the company remains agile, forward-thinking, and well-positioned for long-term success.
Holly plays a key role in both the strategic and day-to-day operations of the firm’s real estate portfolio. With a unique blend of financial oversight and on-the-ground management expertise, Holly ensures that each property performs at its highest potential—operationally and financially. Holly is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, capital planning, and aligning property-level performance with ownership goals. She conducts regular financial analyses and market reviews to identify opportunities for value enhancement and operational efficiency. Holly also oversees daily operations including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and vendor management. Known for her hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit, Holly is an essential part of the companies commitment to delivering exceptional management services and long-term asset growth.
